    How Do I Place An Order?
    Simple. (1) Fill out the Credit Application (2) Then go ahead and select the items you want to purchase. After you have finished selecting the item(s) you want, you can then Proceed to Checkout. That's all there is! Your Credit Application and Purchase Order will then be sent directly to our Credit Department for processing which usually takes five (5) days. Please wait at least five (5) days before calling us.

    At the bottom of the Main Page of our website. After reading/printing the Terms and Conditions, then click "Continue to Credit Application". Fill out the Quick and Easy Credit Application and either print sign mail in to address on front page or scan and attach to email at american-diamond@sbcglobal.net

    Do You Need Anything to Process My Allotments?
    In order to receive your jewelry you must provide us with your (1) Completed Credit Application, (2) a copy of your Allotment Authorization; and (3) a copy of your military ID front and back or valid state driver's license in compliance with the Patriot Act. We cannot process your order or ship your jewelry until we have ALL of the above. How to process myPay: Click on MyPay in the Customer Service section fill out on line through link and submit which is at myPay website. Fill out allotment print it and either fax it to us at (949) 859-1319 or mail to P.O.Box 967, Lake Forest, CA 92609

    Can I Return Merchandise If I am Not Satisfied?
    Yes. Returns must be made within 10 business days by REGISTERED/INSURED MAIL in the original condition and packaging and must receive pre-approval from our customer service department.

    Do You Accept Monthly Payments by Credit/Debit Card?
    Yes. If you have exceeded your allotment authorization or due to deployment allotment payments have lapsed, we are able to process your monthly payments with the credit/debit card you provide to us. We are also able to process ACH payments from your checking or savings account.

    Can I Pay for My Purchase in Full at Any Time?
    Yes, at any time. We charge ZERO interest to U.S. Servicemembers. Just call our office and we will assist you.

    Do You Accept Special Orders?
    Yes. If you see an item you like elsewhere, please call our office and our Customer Service Department will assist you.

    Do You Do a Credit Check to Process My Order?
    Only for verification purposes as an added measure of protection against identity theft and credit fraud protection. If you have little or no credit, please apply!

    I'm Overseas, Can My Purchase Be Shipped?
    Yes. Please provide a VALID APO address when filling out your Credit Application. If your unit is relocating or reorganizing it might be better to wait and order once you are stationary for at least three (3) weeks in the same location.

    Can I Get My Jewelry in White Gold?
    Yes, in most cases. If the item is already listed as "Two Tone" gold, then it is not available in any other color.

    I Need to Make a Payment While I Deal with Finance
    We can also accept payments by Paypal. Our Receive Code: 4394 American Diamond Exchange, Lake Forest, CA. Your Account #Wxxxxx. Your name, address, city, state, zip, phone #. A $8.95 fee will apply, however, we will credit $4.00 of this fee to your account. Payments will be credited to your account the same day. We are also able to accept debit/credit card payments.     When Will I Receive Monthly Statements?
